Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information On Academy uses, why it is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.

1. Who is responsible

On Academy is responsible for the personal information described in this policy when it is collected through the On Academy website and services. When you follow a link to order a service through Khamsat or Fiverr, or access a course through Udemy or another learning platform, that platform handles your account, order, and payment information under its own privacy policy. Review the platform’s privacy information before placing an order or creating an account there.

2. Information we use

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

  • Contact and account details: information you provide when you create an account, request information, or contact us.
  • Order and service details: items purchased, transaction status, invoices, and the information needed to provide a course or agreed service. Payment providers handle payment credentials through their secure checkout; On Academy does not ask you to send full card details or passwords through a contact form.
  • Learning and support information: course access, progress, questions, feedback, and messages submitted through a learning or support feature.
  • Technical information: device and browser details, approximate network information, pages viewed, and interactions with the site, including information collected through cookies or similar technologies.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the website, create and manage accounts, provide purchased learning and services, process orders, respond to requests, maintain security, prevent misuse, improve content and site performance, and measure the effectiveness of our communications and marketing.

We send service messages needed to manage an account, order, or support request. Promotional messages are sent in accordance with applicable requirements, and you can opt out using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us.

4. Cookies and measurement tools

On Academy uses essential site technologies and measurement tools, including Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel, to understand site activity and measure advertising performance. These tools may process browser, device, page-view, and interaction information and may use cookies or similar identifiers.

Google and Meta process information under their own privacy terms. You can review Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies through your browser and use available privacy or advertising controls from those providers. Non-essential technologies are used in accordance with consent requirements that apply to you.

5. When information is shared

We share only the information needed for a specific business purpose with service providers that help us run the site and deliver services, such as website and course platforms, payment processors, communication providers, security services, and analytics or advertising measurement providers.

We may also disclose information when necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or security incidents, comply with a valid legal obligation, or respond to a lawful request. We do not permit service providers acting for us to use personal information for unrelated purposes. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the requested service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect the site, and meet applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details where appropriate.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information is at risk, contact us promptly through the contact page.

7. International processing

On Academy and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the required measures to protect the information.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain uses; to receive a copy of information you provided; or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

You can also opt out of promotional emails at any time. To make a privacy request, use the On Academy contact page and identify the account or email address related to your request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for a transaction, security, or legal purpose.

9. Children’s privacy

On Academy’s professional learning services are intended for adults and working professionals. A child should use an account or submit personal information only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and address the request.

10. Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services, data practices, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.

For questions, requests, or concerns about privacy, contact On Academy through the contact page. Please do not include passwords, full card details, or other sensitive credentials in your message.
